Yes, we mainly make customized products. We provide mold manufacturing services and product mass production services based on drawings or samples provided by customers.

The molding workshop has 39 injection molding machines (50 tons ~ 700 tons)
Each injection molding machine is equipped with a manipulator for fully automatic production.
One robotic arm can perform all-station complex operations.
The mold workshop has 5 high-speed machines, 3 engraving machines, 1 slow-moving wire, 1 deep hole drill, 5 CNC spark machines, 1 mirror spark machine, and other equipment, a total of 25 sets
There are 3 silk-screen printing lines in the assembly workshop.
There are a total of 46 screen printers and screen printers, 3 ultrasonic machines, and 2 automatic hot melt machines.

The company currently has about 110 employees, including more than 30 professional technicians and more than 10 engineers.

First of all, we will have corresponding inspections after each process, for the final product.
The inspection content is as follows:
1. There will be incoming inspection for raw materials entering the warehouse
2. There will be 2 hours/time inspections in the workshop
3. Warehousing inspection
4. Outbound inspection
Then, we have advanced and complete top inspection equipment in the industry: spectrum analyzer, falling ball impact tester, cantilever impact tester, three-coordinate measuring instrument, image measuring instrument, melt index meter, gloss meter, deflection meter, dynamic Balance instrument, color spectrometer, etc. The above-mentioned equipment can fully guarantee to provide customers with high-precision finished plastic parts, and at the same time can ensure that customers can meet all-round testing requirements for materials, such as physical and chemical properties, non-destructive testing, and high-precision geometric size testing.

When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB, CIF, CNF or other bank transfer methods. When mass production, we usually pay a 40% advance payment first, and then pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C can also be accepted.

Usually we ship by sea, because we are in Suzhou, and we are only 1.5 hours away from Shanghai Port. Seaborne export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer’s cargo is urgent, we can also transport it by air. The Shanghai International Airport is also very close to us.

Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries such as the United States, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, and South Korea.
